It's been a long 2 months with our pregnant Gracie... taking her out multiple times a night and the constant rolling around to try and get comfy- but after the puppies were born on Sunday, we've actually gotten some great sleep!
Although there are a few whimpers and yelps during the night, Gracie will not go outside for anything during the night and leave them. All night long she will nurse and sleep, nurse and sleep! They are so content and happy doing that all day long! So, we've checked on them a couple times a night, but they always seem to be doing just fine. Gracie is a great mom! This picture shows how tiny they are!
We now have confirmed that we have 4 boys and 3 girls. As of yesterday, the girls all weighed in at 1 pound and the boys around 1.3-1.1 pounds. We have of course the runt (a little girl that we had to get breathing since her sac broke prior to her being born) and a Big Boy who dominates the feeding frenzies! We're close to putting strings around their necks to keep track of whose who...
