The Pups are 1 Week Old today- We have hit a milestone! They are very "grunty" and wiggly... possible that I made both of those words up, but that is how I would describe them!
The tails and dew claws (or lack thereof) are healing quite nicely... We are having to baby the 3 Girls of the litter since the Big Boys of the pack are bullies and hogging all of the milk! The girls are smaller naturally, but we tied ribbons around their necks (very loosely!) so we can make sure that the Ladies are getting equal opportunities to eat!
Gracie is recovering nicely- she even chased squirrels and a ball today! Chris and I feel like she's starting to feel like her old self again.
In about one more week, their eyes will open and the race will be on!
Week #1=SUCCESS!
